Delegate Householder moves to amend the bill on page twelve, section eight, by striking out the section heading and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

“§12-6E-8. Role of the Investment Management Board; immunity from liability.”;

On page twelve, section eight, line five, following the word “activities” and the period, by inserting the following: “The Investment Management Board’s trustees, advisors, officers and employees are not liable personally, either jointly or severally, for any debt or obligation created by the Investment Committee or the Mountaineer Impact Office, nor shall the Investment Management Board or its trustees, advisors, officers or employees be liable for any consultative advice, guidance or services that it may provide from time to time under this article.”;

On page twelve, section nine, by striking out the section heading and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

“§12-6E-9. Immunities of Investment Committee and Mountaineer Impact Office; exemptions.”;

On page twelve, section nine, line three, following the words “Investment Committee”, by striking out the comma and inserting the word “and”;

And,

On page twelve, section nine, line four, following the words “Impact Office”, by striking out the words “and the Investment Management Board”.
